Over two days, Vladimir will demonstrate and explain his insights into The Structure of Systema
Training topics:
Systema can be a difficult martial art to penetrate. In essence it is simple, no techniques, no rigid forms, just four basic principles. Vladimir has spent decades thinking deeply about what he learned from Mikhail Ryabko and how to structure Systema in order to master it himself and pass it on to others. There is an underlying structure of how to grasp and teach Systema. Vladimir will share this during this seminar.
There will be a question and answer session during the seminar where Vladimir will answer questions that people have. We all have many questions. This is your chance to ask.
